    Description

febi Bilstein Brake Discs — Pair or Single (Side-Specific)

OE-quality febi Bilstein discs engineered to restore smooth, confident braking and low NVH. Precision-machined to match your vehicle’s original dimensions for correct fit, balance and durability.

    What’s Included

    • Most applications: supplied as an axle pair (2 discs).
    • Side-specific/directional applications: may be supplied as a single disc (Left or Right). Please check photos and listing notes to confirm. If listed as single and you need both sides, order quantity 2 (one LH + one RH where applicable).
    • New locating screws/bolts are included only if shown or stated.

Pads are not included unless the listing specifically says so.

    Key Features

    • OE-matched dimensions, run-out and balance for vibration-free braking
    • High-quality casting and accurate surface finish for consistent performance
    • Vented or solid design according to the original specification
    • Anti-corrosion coatings on many references to keep hubs looking clean

    Check Before You Buy

    • Axle position: front or rear
    • Dimensions: outside diameter, thickness and minimum thickness (MIN TH)
    • Type: vented vs. solid; plain vs. drilled/grooved (match OE)
    • Mounting: centre bore, overall height/offset, bolt pattern and any locating screw type
    • Handed discs: some vehicles use Left/Right directional discs (curved vanes or patterns). If so, ensure you order the correct side(s).
    • Verify by VIN/registration and febi/OE part numbers for guaranteed fit

    When to Replace

    • Disc thickness at/below MIN TH or severe scoring/heat spots
    • Brake judder, vibration or pulsation (after confirming hub and pad condition)
    • Cracks, excessive run-out or corrosion on friction faces

    Installation & Bedding-In

    • Clean hub faces thoroughly; check hub run-out before fitting
    • Degrease new discs (if oiled) and avoid touching friction surfaces
    • Torque locating screws and wheel fixings to manufacturer specifications
    • Best practice: fit new pads with new discs; ensure calipers slide freely
    • Bedding-in: 10–15 moderate stops from 30–50 mph (50–80 km/h), allowing cooling between stops

Warranty: febi Bilstein brake discs are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty when supplied via authorised distributors. Correct installation and operation within specification are required for warranty validity.

    FAQ

All our standard discs are priced individually, but due to the safety critical aspect of the braking system, Brake Discs must now be purchased in pairs where required and we will add a quantity of 2 to your basket. (Some high-performance discs are sold as a set of two). Our brake pads are sold as a front set or rear set, so purchasing one box will be enough for two discs

See the diameter on the right side of the product image .The best way to ensure you get the correct brake discs is to check the diameter of the brake discs already fitted.

Simply enter your vehicle registration or VIN on our website. Our built-in system will automatically show you the correct brake discs for your car. You can also message us if you need help.

On average, brake discs last between 30,000–70,000 miles, but this varies based on driving style and conditions. Look out for signs like vibrations, noise, or visible wear.

All our brake discs are brand new and meet or exceed OEM standards.
