When to Replace

Pad thickness at or below the service limit, or dashboard wear warning active
Brake noise, pulling, vibration, or reduced braking performance
Uneven pad wear or glazing/contamination of the friction surface

Installation & Bedding-In

Clean and inspect discs; replace discs if below minimum thickness or excessively worn
Clean/grease sliding points with appropriate high-temp brake lubricant (not on friction faces)
Torque all fixings to manufacturer specifications; pump pedal before driving
Bed-in: make 10–15 moderate stops from ~30–50 mph (50–80 km/h), allowing cooling between stops; avoid hard braking during the first 200 km

Brake Discs: Most standard brake discs are priced individually, but for safety reasons, they must be purchased in pairs. When required, we will automatically set the quantity to 2 in your basket.
Brake Pads: These are sold as a set (either front or rear), so one box is enough for two discs.
