OE-quality LuK clutch kit designed to restore smooth engagement, consistent pedal feel, and reliable torque transfer. This kit includes both the mechanical release (throw-out) bearing and the external hydraulic slave cylinder for applications that use a fork-actuated release system.

Check Before You Buy

• Release type: Your vehicle must use an external slave + fork + bearing. If it uses a CSC (concentric slave), choose the CSC kit instead.
• Disc diameter & spline count: confirm outer diameter and input-shaft splines
• Flywheel type: Dual-Mass (DMF) vs Solid (SMF) — match OE unless using a conversion kit
• Slave cylinder details: port/thread/quick-connect type and bleed arrangement
• Verify by VIN/registration and LuK/OE part numbers for guaranteed fit

When to Replace

• Slip under load (rising RPM without matching acceleration)
• Judder or harsh engagement from standstill
• Heavy or inconsistent pedal feel; fluid leaks at slave cylinder
• Noisy or rough release bearing

Installation Notes

• Inspect flywheel (run-out, heat spots, DMF freeplay) and replace if out of spec
• Clean friction surfaces; do not contaminate linings with grease/oil
• Use an alignment tool; tighten cover bolts evenly in a criss-cross pattern to OE torque
• Bleed the hydraulic system thoroughly; renew fluid if contaminated or aged
• Check crank and gearbox seals; renew if leaking. Verify pedal travel and clutch switch function
