Disc diameter & spline count: confirm outer diameter and input-shaft splines.

Installation & Best Practice

Inspect DMF against LuK tolerances; replace if out of spec
Clean friction surfaces; do not contaminate linings
Center disc; tighten cover bolts in a criss-cross pattern to OE torque
Always replace and properly bleed the CSC; renew hydraulic fluid
Use correct tools for SAC covers; follow LuK procedure
Renew leaking crank/gearbox seals; verify clutch switch & pedal travel

Professional installation strongly recommended; incorrect fitment can cause slip, drag or premature wear.

Warranty: LuK 4-piece clutch kits (RepSet Pro with DMF & CSC) include a manufacturer warranty when supplied via authorised distributors. Warranty validity may require evidence of correct installation, hydraulic bleeding and that the DMF/hydraulics are within specification. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
