Genuine LuK flywheel engineered to OE specifications to restore smooth take-off, quiet operation and drivetrain protection. Precisely machined and balanced for reliable torque transfer and long service life.

Dual-Mass Flywheel (DMF): Two-stage design that absorbs torsional vibration for smoother idle and gearchanges.
Solid Flywheel (SMF): Single-piece design used on specific OE applications or dedicated conversion kits.

When to Replace

Rattle/knock at idle, especially with clutch engaged (DMF wear)
Judder on take-off, vibration under load or harsh gearchanges
Blue heat spots, cracks, excessive run-out or damaged ring gear
DMF freeplay/arc travel outside LuK specification

Installation Notes

Clean crank flange; align dowels/marks; torque new bolts to OE spec (many are torque-to-yield)
Do not machine a DMF. Replace if out of spec; follow LuK measurement procedure
Degrease friction face; keep clutch linings free from oil/grease
Use an alignment tool; tighten the cover in a criss-cross pattern
Inspect/renew pilot bearing (where fitted) and rear main/gearbox seals

Best Paired With

LuK clutch kit (pressure plate + disc + release bearing/CSC)
New flywheel and cover bolts, guide sleeve and hydraulic fluid where applicable

Warranty: LuK flywheels are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty when supplied via authorised distributors. Warranty validity may require proof of correct installation and that clutch/hydraulic components are within specification.

Brake Discs: Most standard brake discs are priced individually, but for safety reasons, they must be purchased in pairs. When required, we will automatically set the quantity to 2 in your basket.
Brake Pads: These are sold as a set (either front or rear), so one box is enough for two discs.
